You are solely responsible for decisions you make during and after our work together. Results from coaching vary and depend on your individual circumstances, effort, and follow-through. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, photos, videos, frameworks, course materials, and logos — is the property of Melissa Nanavati or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial viewing of the Site is permitted.

Pricing, payment terms, and any refund policies for paid programs are described at the point of purchase or in your individual coaching agreement. Those terms take precedence over any general statements made elsewhere on the Site.
